During off peek times, custom orders are completed within 4-6 weeks. During peek times this sits at 6-8 weeks.

“BUT WHYYYY?!” you ask? The art of ceramics is quite a long process! After being thrown, a piece is trimmed the next day before sitting out for at least a week to completely dry out (if they go into the kiln without drying out, they smash & it’s really sad). They are then glazed & fired (2 days) before getting their gloss coat & going in for the last kiln fire (another 2 days). As you can see, this isn’t a 1 week kind of project! The love and effort put into my pieces makes the wait worth it, I promise xx

All orders (excluding pre-ordered & custom-made items) are processed within 1-5 business days. All items are shipped with AusPost and are subject to the shipping times of the courier.

As every piece is made by hand and takes a considerable amount of time, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. All products are packed with extreme care, however, in the very unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged, please contact me ASAP with images of the damage.
