All orders shipping Australia wide are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $8.00 and are shipped with AusPost.

All international orders are subject to shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout by destination, size and weight, as per AusPost’s parcel costs. Please note, international orders may also be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. Ceramics by Maison in not responsible for any of these fees that may be incurred - please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes.

If your item is lost or stolen in the mail, please contact AusPost directly, as they are responsible for delivery. If you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Returns

As every piece is made by hand and takes a considerable amount of time, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. All products are packed with extreme care, however, in the very unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged, please contact me ASAP with images of the damage.
